Please Note: This item was tested both with an ethernet cable and connecting to it via wifi and it successfully connected the devices to the router using both. However, routers still sometimes need firmware updates or other setup steps to get them to configure and work with your network. We are not able to help with that remotely. We are selling this based on the assumption that any steps that you need to do to set it up with your network that you either already know how to do that yourself, or can figure it out, or have someone that can assist you. We do not provide returns for setup and configuration issues.
