Don't get me wrong, I love my Wooster Silver Tip angled brushs and my Purdys, but *dang* are they that much better than a 5 pack of brushes which goes for *gulp* just $8? Answer, nope, not really. Wooster and Purdy still be great brushes, but I do lots of fine home interior painting where you cant leave brush marks on any crown molding, wainscoating, cabinets and a whole lot of other stuff where I have to make perfect cut lines and I do mean perfect, and this five pack of brushes while they might be on the soft side, they do me real proud. To boot, I don't end up stressing out when it's time to throw one away c'ause it's time has come. IStill not convinced? Well.... for $8 you can see for yourself... These are much better than from the local stores and a much better price Painting like a pro! 21 Jun 21 I am painting my whole house and purchased these to cut edges and corners. I use the largest brush in the set to cut and it works perfectly. It picks up nice amounts of paint and the angled tip makes distribution of the paint on a corner perfect.I have been using that one same brush for about two months now. I wash it after every use but it appears I may not have washed it well after one of the uses bc it is slowly becoming stiff and the bristles and sticking together.
